The responsibility of each and every one, from department heads down to employees/government workers, plays a vital role in the execution of Performance Governance System (PGS).
Bataan Gov. Joet Garcia emphasized this in his speech during last Wednesday’s “PGS Cascading and Values Reorientation” session at the People’s Center attended by department heads, employees, and job order workers.
“Mahalaga ang kontribusyon ng bawat isa sa atin, mga department heads, mga empleyado at iba pang manggagawa natin para maabot ang vision natin,” said the Governor. He said by the year 2030, Bataan will be a highly livable province.
Gov. Garcia also emphasized that Bataan should execute its plans so as not to experience the problems being endured by Metro Manila. “We have to execute our plans in order to deliver basic services to our constituents,” the Governor added.
Board Member Harold R. Espeleta, the main speaker during the half-day session was well-applauded for expounding on his topic– core values: integrity, commitment, empathy, humility, innovation, unity and patriotism.
